MMCF IS AN INCLUSIVE ORGANIZATION WELCOMING NEW MEMBERS
Mildred Mindell Cancer Foundation (MMCF) is a Maryland-based 501 3(c) charitable organization working to support cancer patients and their families within the state.
Since 1957, MMCF members have volunteered their time and efforts to actively raise funds to provide services which improve the quality of life for people and families dealing with a cancer diagnosis. We partner with area hospitals providing treatment and therapy, and a variety of organizations offering education in prevention/early identification, respite care and diversions from treatment.
Fundraising efforts have gone toward:

purchasing infusion chairs, special scales & more comfortable exam tables

paying for transportation vouchers

providing phone cards

funding for wigs

purchasing supplies for art therapy

helping pay for additional needs not covered by insurance

funding for videos, books and games for children receiving treatment

MAY MAY 31,2022 HAPPY GLAZE 6-8 PM Park Height JCC FUNDRAISER for MILDRED MINDELL CANCER FOUNDATION Cost: $25 per person, Reservations Required RSVP to Linda Barton: mildredmindellcancerfoundation@gmail.com | 443-870-3487 Choose a ceramic piece and enjoy 2 hours to design and paint (and kibbitz). A time to get together with friends and family, to relax and have FUN! Once your piece has been glazed by you, Happy Glaze staff will fire it and let MMCF know when they are ready to be picked up. Should you choose a piece over $12 value, you will be responsible for the difference in price. Kosher refreshments will be provided.

We are excited to announce a new way MMCF can raise money. The GEM PATRON PROJECT. A Patron is a non member with the desire to support MMCF in our endeavor to help those living with cancer.
A Patron will be acknowledged in our annual Ad book. The levels of giving are:

Ask your spouse, siblings, children, cousins, friends, grandchildren.... the sky’s the limit. With their support, we can be more successful and help more people!!! Attached is our letter promoting our GEM PATRON PROGRAM. Feel free to download it and send it to friends and family. The second page of the letter is a receipt for Patron participants to keep for their tax records.
